Gossip So Good You Put Your Hand On My Shoulder

Gossip so good you place you hand on my shoulder is part of a series of embroidery pieces, prints and original works displayed in locations around East London. All pieces are created using the technique of freehand machine embroidery, allowing the artist to 'draw' with the sewing machine. All pieces are made using material remnants and (where possible) finished in upcycled frames. There are no copies, each artwork is completely unique.

The work shows five figures in a tight circle, one figure places their hand on another's shoulder as if they have just heard hot tea being spilled.
